Lasang Pinoy: Oxtail Kaldareta

Many of our favorite Pinoy dishes have clearly been influenced by Spanish cuisine. In Andulucia, Spain, for example, a local delicacy is rabo del toro or bulls tail stew. The Filipino version is known as kalderetang oxtail or buntot ng baka. On this Lasang Pinoy, we feature oxtail kalderata made by Gus Camacho, owner of Sinugba in Daly City, CA.
